I can’t say whether the prices are good, (I paid cash) because I didn’t shop around - I trust Kirkwood Auto recommendations.Sadly, we’ve just taken another car in due to a side collision. Fortunately, insurance will cover that.”

“I had no problem, drop my Toyota 4 Runner off after an accident and 32 days later I pick it up. Every thing looks good so far, just had it for a day so far. After turning in the rental, I did not had a ride to get to the shop and Toyota was not willing to provide the courtesy shuttle to get me there. Very disappointed. Just a little background, my family bought about 12 vehicles or more, and all services are done at Newark Toyota World. Not very nice not providing a shuttle.”

“I’ve only viewed their website so far (hence, giving four stars, as I cannot speak on their customer service) because I and my daughter are both in the market for newer vehicles. We have been searching and researching for over a month now, and I have to say Martin’s has the highest prices for their certified preowned vehicles than any other place within 70 miles. I’m in MD but next to DE line, so I do a lot of shopping in DE. I am not even willing to go to their facility in person since viewing their inventory and pricing online.For some credentials, I am the fleet manager for my company and I handle all vehicle transactions from luxury cars, daily drivers, passenger vans, & box trucks. I’m very much experienced in the car buying process. In my experience, I used to think big auto manufacturer dealerships were way more trustworthy than the run of the mill used car spots on almost every corner in every city across the country. But I learned quickly that I was extremely naive. I’ve sued 2 dealerships & won.There are A LOT of scams going on at legitimate major manufacturer dealerships that most people don’t know. Bogus fees, interest rate mark ups & extended terms, warranties that aren’t worth the pen you signed with, and more. Just make sure you RESEARCH beforehand. READ the paperwork at dealership & REVIEW everything before you sign. It’s also best to bring your own financing if possible unless there’s special low rate offers at the time thru the manufacturer.Just remember, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND.FYI: this is not about this specific dealership, I just wanted to offer some advice due to my own experiences and knowledge.”

“I came in because my battery died twice in one day and I suspected it was toast. Ben helped me, confirmed that it was in fact, real dead, and helped me with deciding on a new battery. What I was really impressed with was the time and care he took putting the new one in for me. He explained what he was doing and what to look out for since I'd had corrosion on the last one. He was very thorough in making sure he replaced rusted out screws etc for me and treating the new battery to resist the corrosion. I really appreciated his work, and that he didn't try to sell me on some top level battery that I didn't need! Next time I need something I'll definitely come back to this store.”

“This shop has always done excellent work. I have used them twice and I have been very pleased with the outcomes. The only negative was that they had told me that it would be done on Wednesday or Thursday and it wasn’t done until Monday and nobody called to keep me updated. That being said, I was not in need of it at that time so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Their work is excellent and the vehicle came back much cleaner than it went in!!! They are all very nice and professional also. I had a great experience. Will let you know if any issues in the future!!!”
