Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. “The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”
“They had taken care of my truck . Notice the damage of the fender that was clearly damaged however they mange to take care of it . Also a piece while during the repair to the inside door was misplaced and clip was broken to window and door controls . Manager was on it once I explained to him . Taken care of . Thanks Winner”
“I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

“Auto Body work can be expensive when not using insurance, getting quotes can be tricky, and quality can sometimes be questionable. All of these are NOT a concern with Joel and his team at High Tech. The dedication to their customers is obvious from the moment you speak with Joel and is on display when you enter the shop (multiple recognitions of high quality from all sorts of organizations). There is a sense of pride in workmanship that is on display when you see the team enter the shop in the morning. Joel lives what he preaches and is dedicated to doing the job right the first time. He went above and beyond for my project and I couldn’t be happier. The amount he quoted is the amount I paid and the lifetime warranty is something I hope I never have to use but I will be back for other projects.”
“Second time D&S has worked on one of my vehicles and I've been extremely pleased both times.. Quality of work and communication were excellent throughout the entire process. This time they had to repair damage that Safelite had done while replacing a windshield for me. D&S provided photos and everything requested to make sure that State Farm covered all that needed to be done to get back to factory specifications and appearance. Communication was excellent. Can't thank Hiram enough. And the work was thorough and professional. Very nice result, thank you!”

“I own a 2016 Mercedes E400. I needed to replace my front rotors and all 4 brakes. I work at a dealership that owns 7 different brands. But none of those brands were Mercedes. I know a lot of techs that work for us. I got a price for the job from my guys but something inside of me said just get it done by a professionals. I found M-Tech from google and wanted to go and visit them instead of a phone call. I talked to John and he got me in for the following week. It was almost in and out. For the job that was done, I am really happy. I also want to mention that my car has full warranty up to 96.000 miles but anything goes wrong with it, I would stop by and ask John's opinion.”
