Tom reassured me without trying to "sell me"that he could get my repair 90 to 95% looking better. So I went with him. My goodness in my eyes he got it pretty much 100% Tom was very professional and upfront about everything from the get-go to the end of the repair. Would highly recommend Tom no if ands or butts about it. Also had my vehicle back in a timely fashion.”

Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. “I have used Sheridan Auto Body for years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. Several years ago I had an Escape Hybrid repaired there a couple of times - one accident my fault the other was the other driver's fault. There work was flawless as far as I could see. I could not tell it had been damaged at all. Part of one repair involved the rear end of the car - when the tail gate started to squeak a couple of months after the repair, they worked on the car for free to remove the squeak. They had to do that a couple of times till we discovered the cause and were able to remedy it. I have found their staff to be friendly, highly competent, and they really do stand behind their work. Duane and Vince are a joy with which to do business. I now have my Subaru Forester in for some minor body work - outstanding price for the work they are doing. If I do not post an update in a couple or three weeks you will know that their work has been as good and thorough as ever. I highly recommend them for auto-body repairs.”

“I own a 2016 Mercedes E400. I needed to replace my front rotors and all 4 brakes. I work at a dealership that owns 7 different brands. But none of those brands were Mercedes. I know a lot of techs that work for us. I got a price for the job from my guys but something inside of me said just get it done by a professionals. I found M-Tech from google and wanted to go and visit them instead of a phone call. I talked to John and he got me in for the following week. It was almost in and out. For the job that was done, I am really happy. I also want to mention that my car has full warranty up to 96.000 miles but anything goes wrong with it, I would stop by and ask John's opinion.”
