Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. I would recommend this business to anyone who enjoys quality people and quality work. 5/5.

“I had a great experience at Preston Auto Body. My Jeep Grand Cherokee lift gate motor stopped functioning. Unfortunately a bolt broke off inside the quarter panel and it needed a major repair with repainting, body work etc…. Ryan, Catherine and the mechanic who performed the work were wonderfully well versed on the work that was needed and quoted me a very reasonable price. The repair was done within the time frame promised and the car was even washed at pickup! If you need body work, this is the place for certain!”
“I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

“I had an excellent experience with Hi-Tech Auto Body after my car was involved in an accident. When I first brought the car in, I was worried it would never look or feel quite the same again, but they completely exceeded my expectations.
They took my car in and, most importantly, took their time with the repairs. It never felt like they were rushing just to get the vehicle out the door. They paid attention to the details and made sure everything was repaired properly.
When I finally got my car back, I was honestly amazed at the difference. It looked brand new, like the accident had never even happened. You couldn't tell where the damage had been, and everything looked clean, straight, and professionally finished.
