This is the best boxing/kickboxing gym in all of DE! I started coming here in July of 2024 and it has changed my life. Im fitter, more aware, confident, and feel more secure. The coaches are extremely attentive and caring of all members - regardless of experience. My only regret is not signing up sooner :)
