Planet Fitness is a gym that aims to be a welcoming and judgement free space for everyone. Many members appreciate the friendly staff and atmosphere, with low lights and loud music. However, this specific location faces significant issues. It is described as neglected and in poor condition. A recurring and major complaint is that many exercise machines have been broken for a long time, often months, and are not repaired, only marked with signs. The building itself has problems, with leaks during rain requiring buckets to catch water. Most critically, the air conditioning is reported as not working properly, creating a dangerously hot environment for working out. Members feel the ownership is unresponsive and warn that people may leave for other nearby gyms. While some like the vibe, the consistent equipment failures and maintenance problems overshadow the positive aspects of this location.
One of the more rough planet fitness locations I've been to. The bathroom/showers were pretty bad (not the cleanliness, but maintenance such as toilet seats needing replacement and shower curtains turning to Swiss cheese, hooks gone).

The owners made major improvements with the equipment! A lot of brand new stuff. The counter folks are usually friendly glad I came back

The bathroom stall has had the locking mechanism broke for years, no way to lock the door, I don’t mind that it’s not real cool it’s good to sweat, I like that it’s never real Crowded, I feel it’s kinda of private I like that!
