Staff was not understanding. They claim fax has been down for 2 weeks. Well doctors offices are not aware of that. However lab corp is aware of appointments made and should have contacted customers with appointments if no info provided prior to their appointment. Total disregard just a waste of time for the customer.

Convenient location with appointments available. Staff are very friendly and efficient and test results are returned quickly and can be viewed online.
