“My first time to Christiana Hospital. I arrived at the lab VERY close to quitting time. Marie graciously squeezed me in and managed to keep a smile on her face as I bumbled around trying to produce my insurance information. Next, I met with Joanne, the phlebotomist, who expertly drew my blood and collected additional samples. These professionals helped me tremendously so I couldn’t allow their kindness to go without proper recognition. Thank you ladies for your service above and beyond normal expectations. You are appreciated!”

“Quest Diagnostics on Biddle Avenue has been a reliable and convenient location for specimen drop-offs. The process is straightforward, and the staff has always been professional and accommodating.
One thing I especially appreciate is the designated specimen drop-off box located outside. Even when the location is closed, specimens can still be placed in the appropriate drop-off box, which makes this location very convenient.
One helpful tip is to always check the location’s current hours before heading over, as they do close for a lunch period during the day.
Overall, I’ve consistently had a positive experience using this location for specimen drop-offs and appreciate having a dependable option available.”

“My young adult with special needs and I were there on Saturday with more of his care team for his blood work. In the past it has been significantly more stressful but the phlebotomists there on Saturday were super helpful- they worked as a team to get it done calmly and told my son what a good job he was doing. Maureen was the phlebotomist and I'm sorry I don't have the name of the other two that helped but they did a great job and helped make a tough experience much smoother !”

“Front staff was great, place was clean- Sharice (could be spelling it wrong) She did a great job with my blood collection efficient, professional, and painless in my opinion. I’ll be back here for my future labs. I didn’t even notice she had obtained 2 samples. When I looked over she was already done.”
“Very professional and smooth running. Every time I go they drawl my labs in one shot. Pleasant friendly staff. You can also sit in your car and they will text you to come in when it’s your turn. It gets a bit crowded at times but it’s because they are good.”

“They are the best!! I feel so lucky that i found them, before I start IVF with them I had 3 miscarriages, i was so sad and desperate, now my baby boy will be 6 month old next week:) 1- the office is super nice, and they have blood test office right there, so you dont have to go labcorp or anther place to get blood test. 2-All the staff ( from front desk to nurses to doctors)are super nice and professional .3- I was really impatient and cranky, i wish i can just be pregnant next day and have a baby right away, they are so efficient with all the steps and communication, I always get reply from them so fast so i never get anxious waiting answers from them. They also treated my endometriosis, and Dr. Wendy J. Schillings was my doctor. i cant think of one negative thing about this place so far. Just want to say thanks to all the staff there, Im really happy now! Thank you RAD!”
