48 E Main St, Newark“The guys that run this place are super cool and very helpful. If your a regular like me they will order whatever you want and keep it in stock. My tastes change and they keep up with me. I can't say enough about how laid back and co this small liquor store is. They carry your stuff out if you ask. Just a great lil store and I go a bit out of my way to go see them cause they have what I want and we always trade insults so it's all good. I highly recommend these guys. Very large selection for a smaller store. Knowledgeable about their products so don't be afraid to ask a question.”
“Stopped here purely by happenstance. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. They had samples ?. Walked away with one bottle for now. Definitely my go to for wine and spirits. Would recommend.”

2 Polly Drummond Shopping Center, Newark“I love coming here because the staff is friendly, always have what you’re looking for and even new things to try. Not only that, the prices are amazing. Highly recommend this liquor store to anyone.”
10AM - 8PM
680 Plaza Dr, Newark“The staff is great. They're very friendly and the store is always clean and organized. If a line starts to get along they will open up another register and take a few people. I've been going there for a long time and I know exactly where everything is. Their prices are as good or better than most other places. I plan to do most of my beer and liquor shopping there for the rest of their existence”
“I have been shopping at the Bottle Shop for the last 2 years. The selection is excellent and the prices lower than other stores. The displays are eye catching and I just enjoy browsing as well. The staff are customer friendly. In particular a young man Ken always greets me and asks if he can help. He is very knowledgeable about Beer so definitely look for Ken if you need help.”
“Outstanding shop right next to a grocery store! Tyler is the man--the man knows his beer. If you have beer, wine and spirits questions, Tyler has the answers. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend.”

1945 Kirkwood Hwy, Newark“It is one of the great stop to shop all your beers and liquor. Staff is nice and they have one of the lowest prices in all sections. Always do all your liquor shopping here.”
“Phenomenal place. The gentlemen that work tirelessly are always there when we need them, have a bounty of experience, and make continuous improvements in store and selection. Years past when most of the area was buried in snow, they were open as a walking destination. They are always smiling to see my wife and I, and since we've moved, we now drive 10 miles out of our way to come to this place. This isn't just a liquor store, this is our liquor store.”
“This is perhaps my favorite liquor store. Not only do they sell the hard, strong Hurricane beer with its extra oz for a double size can, they also keep the refrigerator extra cold so when I get home, I only need to put the beer in the freezer for a small amount of time so it is cold enough for my tastes.”
10AM - 8PM
120 Songsmith Dr, Newark“Very, very clean for a liquor store. I have no problems with this place other than the selection of drinks leaves me wanting a little more. There's a dollar beer section which is nice but (shocker) is full of beers that have been expired for the greater part of a year. The man who runs it is kind and has a sense of humor.”
10AM - 8PM
106-108 Astro Shopping Center, Newark“They always have a great selection at reasonable prices. The staff is always great and provides a friendly welcome experience. One of my favorite places to find some great bourbon.”
“Jack is my king. Any alcohol you want, he has. He's always willing to help you find what you're looking for and will even go to the freezer to get you cold drinks. Stan Jack.”
“I recently came here on New Year's Eve because they were the only liquor store open so close to midnight. They were about to close their doors, but they kindly allowed myself and a few others to come in and buy what we needed. They were very nice and also very patient.”
“Random shopping turned into our holiday liquor purchase. Staff/Owner was readily available for questions about out of stock items and prices. Gave great recommendations on liquor based on our choices. Packed up our large order and even carried it out to our truck before lifting up inside himself. Excellent beyond necessary service, well worth the hour drive out from Philly for us. We will definitely be back.”
“I'm not a big drinker but I like to have a glass of wine or a beer once in a while. Dillon and the other guys are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety of beer, wine and spirits to choose from. I honestly think Park and Shop is one of the best Liquor stores in Newark. Ladies the guys are cute to look at while you're making your selection, that includes the owner?. Tell them Ms. Margo Sent you?Remember to tip?Stay safe and blessings. ??”
“I totally trust this place; they're pleasant to deal with and have unique liquors that I can't find anywhere else (in Delaware). I lost my wallet last year and had to retrace my steps. They found that it was left in their store and kept it for me until I finally made my way back there. Very trustworthy folks.”
“Surprisingly good selection. Could ding them for not carrying Mike's hard lemonade in cans (have bottles, but no bottles at the pool), but it's fall now... besides, they go out of their way to keep stocked my favorite beer that I buy every other Friday.”
“Small tucked away liquor stores sometimes have hard to find bourbons, whiskeys, ryes and scotches that you can't find anywhere else. I almost missed the premium shelf, which was behind the counter until the clerk asked if I was looking for anything in particular. Up top were some of the hard to find bourbons that I can't seem to come across back home. I was able to score a nice bottle of Eagle Rare today. The price was a little high though but, that seems to be the case with many of the brands nowadays with the renewed interest in American bourbons and whiskeys. So, if your the frat boy college kid picking up two gallons of cheap vodka along with a case or two of Bud Light, this place is for you. If your the middle aged fella scouring town looking for a hard to come by bottle bourbon, this place is also for you. Cheers!”
“Affordable price, lot of varieties, the one thing I like about them is if they do not have any product you like you can just let them know and you get what you like.”

1017 S College Ave, Newark“Retail strip store close to I-95 on Rt 896 or College Ave. A business is center for sure. I was there on Christmas Eve and they were the onlyLiquor Store open in the area I could find on Christmas Eve, the staff were very helpful and most pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this store and the businesses there.”
“Great customer service. Prices are reasonable. I came again to make another purchase but this time the female behind the counter was watching the football game and was not as pleasant. She never said hello when I got to the counter to pay for my product. She took the money after ringing up my purchase and then said thank you. I totally understand that watching football can cause lots of emotions. However, she should remember that she is still at work.”

204 Suburban Dr, Newark“Clean, well organized store. Found exactly what I needed quick and easy. The staff was super Friendly, especially since he wished me a Happy Birthday!!! Thanks again ? Great place, will go again.”
“I love the owners here, they make me feel like it’s an old time town where everyone knows each other, I always buy a case of Champagne for my ballooning business. Jim knows exactly what I need and goes and grabs it from the back! You guys Rock!!!”
10AM - 6PM
900 Center Blvd S, Newark“Exceeded my expectations. They have a pretty nice selection and most of it was a huge savings over anything I'm used to buying. Jameson was a big savings, although I'm told Kirkland whiskey is great and even cheaper. All the Kirkland wine and Prosecco we bought was great and ridiculously cheap. Even picked up a German beer advent calendar I'm excited for. Some of the beer is at cost, most of the local stuff, but the cases of Sam Adams was a pretty big savings. Beer selection isn't huge though. But can't go wrong here.”

“We've had a hotel across the street and came here. They didn't have Stella Rose or my Alize flavor so I settled on Pink Kinky. It was my first time trying the pink one and I love it, no store near my home has it.”

10 W Main St, Newark“5 o’clock somewhereThis is my favorite to stop to get my beer and liquor. The owner is extremely friendly, prices seem fair to me but I’m not always looking around for deals.I see other reviewers complaining about the owner having a gun on hip. If you had shady customers coming into your store I’m sure you’d want to protect yourself as well.”
“A clean liquor store in a college town. Don't come without an actual ID. A good chunk of Newark Police look for underage drinkers in various liquor stores including this one.”
“This is the best place that I’ve ever been to find specialty / craft / local / unique beers and alcohol. Anyone who appreciates the art of beer will respect this business. Also the owner is often in there and will always answer questions and give tips”
