Wine is transported in temperature controlled containers and store is kept at cellar temperature. Associates are wine enthusiasts and have tons of knowledge. “Don’t judge a book by its cover bc this place was the ONLY store that had a hard to get Blaton’s bourbon. We drove two hrs just to get this.The store appears to be questionable but they came through for us.Location is off to the side off of the main rd which I don’t remember. It looks like it used to be a 7 Eleven store.Staff is very nice.Selection is limited compared to FWGS.Prices are excellent compared to other states.Overall we are happy that we got what we set out for and we’ll drive back to get more.”
“I reached out to Brandywine Liquor for my wedding at Terrain at Styers with less than two weeks from my wedding. PG was so helpful in the planning process of which wine, liquors, and beers to pick. Any requests I had he was able to fulfill or find a better or similar priced alternative that met or exceeded my expectations. PG was very attentive to my several additions to our liquor list. He carefully went over the order with me on pick up day. I would definitely use Brandywine Liquor again for any events I have in the area again.”

If you're looking for a very specific relatively popular beer, especially a local one, they're likely to have it. So stop shopping at the big box stores and give this place a try. “While spending the night in Wilmington, we found ourselves in need of a bottle of wine, so I headed to the beautiful new full service Wegman's only to find that in Delaware, grocery stores don't sell wine. (Sorry Delawareans, but that's no way to live!)A quick Yelp search at 8:55pm confirmed my worst fears... most liquor stores closed at 9pm. Inner Spirits to the rescue! It's a small shop, with a decent selection of wine & spirits. Found a great bottle of red blend, with a 94 rating at a fair price. Friendly service...& open later than most of the other bottle shops in town.”
