We were passing through town and weren’t able to buy but had some questions and test drove with Mitch. HIGHLY recommend. He knew so much about the cars and was incredibly helpful even though he knew up front that we couldn’t purchase and were not a sale for him. That’s not just good customer service, that’s being a good person.

Great buying experience. Our sales rep James King-Robinson was a great representative for your dealership! Your dealership was our fifth car dealer stop and we decided to purchase in less than two hours after test driving two vehicles. James was able to get us the exact car that we wanted. He has continued to contact me after my purchase to check with us whether we had any post sale questions. I would highly recommend James and your dealership to my friends and family.

My experience with Vernon Sharper at Martin Kia was nothing short of exceptional. It was, without a doubt, the best experience working with a car dealership.
Vernon showed the utmost courtesy, thoughtfulness, and patience throughout the process. What truly set him apart was his transparency. I initiated our car buying process from overseas, needing a car immediately upon my return. Impressively, Vernon and I finalized the terms in just 20 minutes! There was no haggling, no tedious waits for managerial approvals. The entire process was all online and super fast. The only thing we had to do in person was the final signature and get the car. The terms Vernon provided were unmatched, clearly outpacing other dealerships.
After coming back from my trip, I reached out to three other Kia dealerships in the South Jersey area that had such old-school used car salesman vibes with less efficient practices. You know what I’m talking about - insisted on in-person negotiations, which ended up time-consuming and frustrating, especially since I had to bring my 2 boys both under 7 to the dealership. After researching Kia my sons and I decided kia is whatr we wanted. We we previously went to meny dealerships (kia and otherwise) and called several looking for a specific car. When we went to `martin Kia we met Stephaine. She was wonderful, knowledgable, not pushy but still an amazing sales person. She founnd us what we wanted. I would recommend anyone to her.
