They think they can just cancel POA, close your accounts for no reason, close your families' accounts for no reason, block direct deposits, keep your money, then have the police chase you away when you try to get your funds! File complaints with BBB and any other Government/FDIC agency.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Employees need training on how to deal with customers. It’s not the end of the world if someone asks a question. They don’t even bother to be helpful.
