“Excellent customer service! Had a very negative experience at a local Sherman Williams store. When Sherman Williams wouldn't make their mistake right after mixing several gallons of paint incorrectly (I had both the new and old gallons of paint), I went to Benjamin Moore. The guys in there did a color match for me based on the original paint can for one color and a color swatch for another, and they were perfect. And when I made a comment that I wasn't cutting in correctly on the ceiling, one of the guys gave me a demonstration on how to do it correctly (it worked - thank you!) I will definitely be going back to Ricciardi Brothers for all my paint. These guys are just nice and they gave me the correct order (unlike Sherman Williams). Thank you!!!!!”
“If you're in the market for paint, don’t overthink it and go to Sherwin-Williams! This place isn't just a store; it's a magical kingdom of colors. I walked in expecting to find some paint and maybe a brush or two, but I walked out feeling like I would paint my whole house.
Now, let me tell you about Evan. This guy knows more about paint than anyone I’ve ever met. Seriously, if there were a Paint Olympics, Evan would bring home the gold. I had questions about undertones and finishes, and Evan answered them like he was narrating a paint-themed TED Talk. His knowledge is encyclopedic, his passion is contagious, and his recommendations are spot on.
I left with the perfect shade of pink for my baby girl’s room (and trust me, we tried quite a few different ones from the local big box store).
If you're still reading this review, stop. Go see Evan at Sherwin Williams. Your walls will thank you.”
“Mark in the Newark, DE Sherwin Williams store listened to me and worked hard to ensure I got exactly what I needed on the three times I visited the store. He answered my questions honestly and in a way that helped me complete the project the way I wanted to without trying to get me to buy anything I didn’t need or want. He provided excellent customer service in a way that usually only occurs when a customer is important or spends a lot of money. He made me feel important and made my day even though I was just painting my closet. I will only buy from Sherwin Williams for future projects, including a much larger job a workman is doing in my home in a few months. Mark made me a Sherwin Williams customer for life.”
“Nicole and the crew do great work, and charge a fair price. The bed of my daughter’s F150 we just bought used was scuffed and looked horrible/ now it looks fantastic, and the Tonneau cover fits perfectly!!Glad we travelled a half hour to have them do the work.”
