“I was greeted when I entered the front door. Later the same employee walked over to ask if I needed any help in finding anything. Very nice. The store was spotless. Everything was in it's place.the shelves were faced and neatly stocked! This is a candy store for a guy like me.”

“I have been a customer here for decades. I bought a pair of xc skis and boots there about 5 years ago but have hardly worn them, maybe 4-5 times. When we had our big snow storm in January this year I put them on and hoped to go for a long ski but immediately the sole peeled off one of the shoes and the binding clip came off too. I had never had a problem with any product I bought from this store. The other shoe looked like new. I went to the store with the good and defective boot and asked for replacements. Turns out they no longer carry xc ski equipment in Newark store. But the manager Nick said they had one pair my size at their other store. He offered it to me at half price. Since they had different bindings I would need new bindings too. He replaced those for free. They really did the right thing by me and I am grateful to have new boots and bindings for a reasonable replacement cost. Thanks Nick!”
“Today was the very first time someone in this store gave be the absolute best customer service, don’t get me wrong I have never had a bad experience here but today when I walked in I was greeted by Ava she asked was I looking for something specific walked me over to what I was looking for, gave me suggestions, helped me find my size and she was so sweet and nice the whole time. “Decently stocked at very fair prices. Being a smaller shop at the rink they could easily raise prices for those “emergency” situations. Prices are the same or even better than Pure Hockey or other larger box stores. Staff is super helpful and friendly. My go-to shop.”
“After doing my research, I knew the basics I need in a good walking shoe and would address my specific issues. I planned to visit a few stores that carry a variety of brands as well as styles. Dick’s Sporting Goods at Christiana Mall was my first and, it turns out, my only stop.
I was so fortunate to have Doug help me find the right shoe today. His knowledge of shoe construction, performance and comfort is a true asset. He reviewed my list of shoes that I thought might fit the bill and he was able to help me find which of those would probably work best for me. As I took my time trying on and walking around in each pair, he would check in and answered questions, address concerns, make suggestions, but no pressure. I probably tried on about 10 different styles and makes of shoes.
Dick’s provided a variety of shoes that fit my criteria, a knowledgeable and helpful employee and the opportunity to choose the best walking shoe for me.

They're friendly and very helpful.Having previously owned a North Face jacket and being well versed with the brands durable design and water-resistant fabric ensuring that you stay warm and dry during any winter outdoor activity, I was searching for a wind and waterproof knee-length coat.I tried on two coats, and the staff member even checked the back stock area to find the correct size. We were unable to locate my size, so the staff member suggested the online store. The in-store trip was worth the visit to experience the true fit of the jacket. “Store has a variety of product, a lot of trendy clothes. The only remarks I have is the fact that the sales associates are not helpful and does not interact much with customer. And finally the price tag on items can be very high. The store is clean and well organized ..”
