“Asked for a 12' truck. They said few in fleet but would try. Day before rental they said we were good to go at 12'. Show up and no 12's, only 15'.So I took the big truck. But wait, belt noise is not going away. In fact it's getting worse, so back to Penske. Traded the noisy one with no gas cap for another.On the way out of town the Check Engine light came on. Luckily I had my wifi interrogator on me. A leak in the evaporative emissions. No problem.Oh, I'm looking forward to seeing the bill on my cc. Fearing they eill have charged me for the 15'.”
“Great place to rent uhaul and they also have Convince store and Service center for your vehicle servicing needs. While you are renting uhaul from them you can just leave your car there at service center to work done on your vehicle. And there service center rates are decent.”

“The staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. We have rented from this location a number of times, always with great results. My most recent trip involved an extended rental but then had complications and a change in return date. They even worked with us on what was supposed to be a prepaid, nonrefundable contract when my elderly travel companion had to be brought home suddenly. Real human beings with a great attitude.
