Jeff was fantastic. He was friendly and helpful. He took his time making sure we had the information that we needed. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the future looking for a new phone. He also took the time to explain the new deals for adding on services such as Netflix, HBO and Disney. Patient and helped us get the best deal.

I visited this store on Wednesday. Initially, the gentleman seemed helpful. Unfortunately he tried to upcharge me. He claimed he was out of stock of the phone I preferred, only having the more expensive one. He informed me that I would have to purchase a new watch because my current one was incompatible with a new phone. He also said he didn't see any discounts I qualified for...I went to another location and was entitled to 2 discounts plus a loyalty discount. My biggest shocker...I didn't need a new watch! I will never return or refer anyone there.

Since you can’t give a zero. It says the store opens at 11. At 1220 the store is locked with an employee in there. While in my car the employee came out with her head set on locked the store and got in her car and drove away. That’s terrible customer service.

Very helpful in setting up my new phone as I had to switch carriers. They took the time to make sure everything on the phone was set up and ready to go before I left. They have one of the highest ratings for Verizon stores in the state for good reason.
