I ordered in-store and waited for 10-15 minutes for my hot macchiato. Finally, I asked employee A: Do you have my order 720? She asked Employee B, and Employee B pointed to the mobile pick-up area and said: I put it over there. ????? TBH, not happy. A Sorry makes it better. :)
