“I love this store except the prices but it’s convenient for me to just grab something to eat and just go. Every time I go into the store I see Holly she is always smiling and in a great mood I’ve never saw her in a bad mood not even once. I know she saw me in a bad mood a time or to Lol but that’s besides the point. Holly needs a raise I’ve saw her handle difficult people in the store and she doesn’t let it get to her she’s still smiling and handles them with patience and grace and no I wasn’t paid to write this review but let me find out who was cause i would like my money Lol.”
“5 Star Rating!!!! Love this store on South Main Street. Associates are so helpful and friendly. Today we had a very pleasant experience. My husband went to get a flu shot and was told it would cost as he only has VA access for insurance. He paid for it and we left. We then got a call from the pharmacist - Chummy Dan - that she was going to call the VA who would then reimburse Rite Aid so my husband got his money back. To me this is going above and beyond and we truly appreciate Chummy's positive, helpful attitude which she always has. Hope she can be recognized. Thank you.”
“Saturday afternoon, August 05, 2023 I had a very positive experience shopping here, in part, because Doreen was very nice and even took my 2 heavy bags to my car for me. Unfortunately, I un-intentionally gave only "One Star" on the keypad when I was cashing out, so I promised Doreen that I would make things right by posting a "5 Star" review for her online. They answer all my questions patiently, give me heads up if a certain medication is going to be overly expensive, and give me all the information I need to help make decisions for my families health.”

“I just went onto this website to check into guidelines on what latest COVID vac. to book and when in relation take it to my flu shot and saw the reviews section. I thought I should leave one to comment on the excellent care I receive and was astounded there was negative reviews. I have been fortunate to have found this Rite Aid at Polly Drummond.I pass by 2 other Rite Aids to work with Ben (Pharmacist and Hana also in the Pharmacy. My insurance had me (+/or) y grandchildren) going to Walgreens or CVS and sometimes more than 1 at the same time) to fill our multitude of medications. We also have a many OTC meds we are required to take (Salt tabs for POTS, Colace, Metamucil, and MANY, MANY more). I remain at this Rite Aid because of Ben and Hana! They help me work with the insurance companies and their outrageous rules (prior auth every 6 monthe this year when it was every year before.Then rules changed as they turn different ages from 18 to 21 with the insurance companies. They are so patient, kind, helpful and caring and try to guide me. i have 3 special needs grandchildren that are amazing and they recognize them by name and always ask about them.”

“The worker was pretty cool to allow me and wait for my ride at the store. He was really nice but the customers are weird. Some guy just kept staring at me saying “hola” I told him I speak Arabic and he kept. Bothering me. There this genuine disrespect and predator like culture in the Latin community. Very scary”

“I've visited this location several times and I am impressed with the store and its upkeep. The employees always greet you and the store is normally very clean. They add new things on a regular basis and regularly have good sales. I've had experience with some sub-par 7-11 locations and this is one that would make an owner proud.”
“Definitely an old school New York bodega in Delaware. Food was super good and one of the very few places that have beef bacon?. Highly recommend if you want some quick delicious foods or the many snacks and drinks available.”

“Ordered curbside pick-up. They make it too easy! I am addicted to jumping on the app and quickly ordering food, park in a number spot (tons of them, not just 3 or so like other places) and wait for them to bring it out to you. So convenient when I have toddler twins! The staff are friendly. Food taste fresh.”
“Very convenient location right off of 95. Also, it seems to be the cheapest Shell around. I just realized Shell seems to still be doing the cheaper premium gas on Thursdays, (I think it's $.10 off/gallon?) because Premium & Midgrade are the same price. Nice & Bright at night time, I feel safe at this location. Also, there is pumps big enough for 18 wheelers without being cramped.”

They were so helpful and couldn't have been nicer.Jade was kind and helpful from my call the eve before and it was almost closing time but he was so nice. The next morning they were on it as soon as they opened. I think the pharmacist was Tiffany and she couldn't have been nicer. You should be so glad that in this day and time you have 2 such kind and caring employees .”

“I regularly use Walgreens for my family and myself whenever prescriptions are needed. I also tend to favor using them in other states since you can find them all over the US. When vacationing or visiting family, I have found stores with friendlier service and so clean that you thought it was a newer store. I've also seen many Walgreens in other states which carried much more variety of items stocked.”

“This is the pharmacy I use. The drive thru is always so quick and efficient. I also get immunizations here and I have always had a great experience with the pharmacist, and they've also always been great with my autistic brother. The store is also always very neat, clean, and well stocked.”
“Pharmacy was located in same area as urgent care so that was very convenient. The store was very clean and room to move around. The Pharmacist was the only associate working in the pharmacy that evening so it made the process a little slow with orders to fill, flu shots and ringing up pharmacy customers. Overall a pretty good experience buy I was getting meds for my ill wife and was in a hurry so the slow up was a little frustrating.”
“Pharmacy employees were friendly, helpful, and very clean area. Only issues is they close at 6pm. Remaining of location was clean, shelves were stocked, items easy to find, employees were also friendly.”
