The telephone bot had not been helpful to me, so I went in to see a human. The young woman banker took the time to look over the issue I was having and explain what had appeared to happen. Good experience!

The banks are full of scammers, their policies do everything but keep your money safe and in your pocket, wasting time on hold, just to say they don't care and it's your problem, disgusting honestly take your money somewhere else, it isn't safe here

If you're into paying fees for every day banking then this bank is for you! Shady fees, customer service is horrid, go to any other bank, but here ,they are terrible!
