“This vans store is great! Very clean and very well stocked. There wasnt a size in any shoe we asked for that they didnt have. Every member of staff was friendly and kind to everyone who walked in but king was the man! His customer service is phenominal. King helped us find the perfect shoe for everyone in my group who were looking. He was patient and he gave amazing advice and connected with us! We will be asking for him to help us each time we go!!!”

“I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. “I don't often shop this location because I live closer to the Glen Eagle location but after a TERRIBLE experience at glen eagle I decided to shop Christiana. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the leadership team for hiring and development such a diverse and passionate team. I will definitely go out of my way to shop this location. Thank you!”

“Cecile Boutique was a prayer answered! When the useless boutiques in my area did not offer prom gowns, Cecile Boutique was recommended. My daughter found the absolutely perfect dress for her prom! Their selection is expansive and unique. The staff is so helpful and made my daughter feel beautiful as she tried on each dress. I love the “stage” area with the trifold mirrors so you can really get a good look. Their prices were reasonable and they offered several options for alterations. (I ended up using DO Creatively, which was amazing!) Thank you Cecile Boutique!”
“Went there last Saturday 18th, and both of the ladies in the store were very attentive and friendly. The store associates had very good input for outfits. In addition the store is very well organized and easy to shop in. They also follow great protocols during the pandemic, after each person uses the dressing room they sanitize it between uses.”

“Came in here with a reluctant younger shopper for bras. The folks that were working here were helpful but not too pushy and left us alone when it was obvious she was uncomfortable. When we checked out the woman who helped us was SUPER helpful in looking for additional items on sale for us - she went above and beyond. This was a visit we were dreading and it went extremely well. It was my first time there and I have spent the past two weeks attempting to shop for jeans at numerous places with no success or help from any of the employees but at Tilly’s, this employee Ashley went above and beyond to help me ! She was adamant about helping me find a pair of jeans that not only fit but made me feel good in! She continuously helped me and brought me numerous pairs of different styles and sizes to help me! I walked out with 2 pairs of nice jeans”

It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. “This store has a large men's department where we found affordable sneakers for our teenage son. The men's department looks like a good place to get formal menswear. The staff was very helpful. The paper bag they put our purchase items in was very thin so you might want to bring a large bag with you when you shop there. The second floor boys' department did not have a register open.”

“Longtime Lands End customer -- Thanks to Melissa for handling my convoluted return (No receipt but I had the original box which helped somewhat to research the purchase since the high quality shoe soles separated off the shoe! - I was hoping they could repair the soles in some central US location but that was a service offered last century - I am a dinosaur - the 2024 service method is to discard and replace with another one(which doesnt exist this year) / store credit).”
