The exceptional, friendly, welcoming, kind, and accommodating innkeepers provide outstanding hospitality. They are attentive to guests' needs, offering flexible breakfast service and going above and beyond for special occasions. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, tasty, amazing, and varied, with some snacks and beverages also available. Notable amenities include heated bathroom floors and a large tub for a relaxing soak. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. There is nothing negative to say, with nothing amiss during any stay. The experience is so positive that guests are compelled to return and highly recommend it, awarding a full five stars.
Such a beautiful home and location. Heather and TJ were so kind and attentive! My bridal party and I stayed here the night before and morning of my wedding - getting ready in the sunroom was amazing!

Had a wonderful stay here. The innkeepers were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast we were served in the morning was tremendous. Looking forward to my next stay here.

A very friendly, historic, convenient and comfortable place to stay. I just completed a 5-night stay while visiting family at the nearby Meadowcrest retirement community. Recommended as an alternative to the usual hotels in Middletown. And yes, the breakfasts prepared by Heather and TJ are excellent, with good variety!
