“The gentleman working behind the counter was nice. Lots of different candy options. My daughter got mochi and some white chocolate covered pretzels. My son got the chocolate covered pretzels and a ring pop. Ring pop was .99 cents. To that was reasonable. I got 3 dark chocolate peanut clusters. Everything was delicious. Thanks!! Loved the atmosphere and the music too!! Good vibes!”
“I absolutely love coming here whenever me and the fam visit rehoboth! It’s a tradition to come here and get some gummy’s u can’t find at the regular store. My favorite is usually the big blue gummy sharks or the octopus. The only downside is the candy is downright expensive! It’s like 5$ for a quarter pound of gummy. That surely won’t stop us from coming back though. Btw sometimes their is cute guys on the boardwalk as well.”
“The owners are candy-experts, and make the taffy and many other items themselves. What they don't make is top quality, too. I am especially fond of the Asher's of Pennsylvania caramels, both dark & milk chocolate. Nice that one can buy just a few at a time, as there is no 1/4 lb. minimum. Everything here is fresh & delicious. The owners and their employees are all lovely people. Whatever you remember fondly about Dolle's which formed the corner of Rehoboth Avenue with the boardwalk is available here, as it's the same company and the same family. Often closed from New Year's until just before Valentine's Day but otherwise great about being open 7 days/week even in the off-season. Longer hours in the summer but opens at 11 am in the winter months.”
“If you can't find something to satisfy your sweet tooth here then you don't have a sweet tooth to satisfy. They have such a wide variety of chocolates, fudge, gummies and more. I am literally a kid in a candy store every time I go into one of these stores. Everything looks so good it is so difficult to choose.”

“ocean city is my FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WHOLE FREAKIN WORLD. I was there last july & will be back this coming july! candy kitchen is ALWAYS a must stop. now that I'm at the 1/2 way mark (12 months from last july to the next july....only got 6 more months to go before it's time to go back!)...but anyway, in celebration of making it 1/2 way, I decided to order my husband & I some salt water taffy & choc PB fudge. I had NO idea our orders would actually be sent from an ocean city store! imagine the little jump my ❤️ did when I saw an ocean city address on my package! idk where I thought it was comin from but I didn't expect it to be an ocean city location. I'm so excited...thank you for being awesome. I know this review is a little different, but if it's all the same to you guys, I'm just happy (doesn't happen very often, sadly....OCMD is the only place I feel truly happy). but yes, this place is amazing & a must. the taffy was the exact same as on the boardwalk from last july....didn't get the fudge yet but I know it'll be the same, too! my order was processed & shipped very promptly & arrived with no problems! very satisfied, & will definitely shop the shoppes again (duh!!)?️?”
