Chocolate Wave is a tiny shop right off the main drag in Rehoboth Beach, often visited multiple times in one trip. The shop is owned by a couple who make and sell the chocolate on site, with everything made there, including hand-painted bonbons. The chocolates are simply amazing and use quality chocolate with a great snap. Favorites include the delicious and beautiful bonbons, like the Atlantic salt and peanut butter varieties, as well as truffles, bark, clusters, bars, malt balls, the pistachio and Rehoboth beach bars, chocolate-covered caramel marshmallows, cashew clusters, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and the orange. Custom orders for chocolate bars are also available. The staff is very friendly and always helpful, able to share details about the chocolates and point out vegan options. While not paying Hershey's prices, the quality is worth it, making the chocolates great gifts. Many recommend supporting this business over the chain candy shops, calling it the best chocolate in town and totally worth a visit, even during the off-season.
Every single time I go to Rehoboth Beach, I stop here and buy too much. I highly recommend the cashew cluster and the chocolate dipped strawberries. Support this business and skip the chain candy shops.

This place is great! When we vacation in Rehoboth, we stop in here a lot. You can even custom order chocolate bars with your choice of items. The staff is always helpful, and will let you know what the vegan options are.
