“I visited Old Navy (Rehoboth, DE) and found it delightful. The store was neat, clean and bright. No long lines. I found school uniform shirts and pants at an amazing discount. I even found myself a pair of stylist pants on sale and a lovely too! “Great customer service!Great variety and selection!Plus size friendly! Clean, neat, organized, and beautifully decorated store!This is not my first go around with experiencing the GAP's quality and customer service. This time, I decided to write a review to document my experience.On Friday, September 2, 2022, I called the store to ask them if they had the items I was looking for. The customer service began before I even arrived at the store. Both of the associates that I spoke to provided great customer service over the phone.I drove all the way from Dover, DE in HEAVY traffic (1.25 hours). It was definitely worth the drive. As soon as I entered the store, my mother and I were greeted by two store associates who were busy checking out customers. I acknowledged them back and let them know that I was the customer who called twice. They smiled and directed me toward the items that I called about. As a black male, it was an honor to be treated with such dignity and respect both over the phone and in the store's physical location.Not only did they have enough of what I was looking for, but they also had items that I did not even see on the website. I even found and purchased children's clothing for my great-nephew.While in the store, an associate with red hair pulled some sizes off of the rack for me. While in the back fitting room trying on items, an associate attending that area, reminded me to give my clothing item a squat. From front to back, from beginning to end, the team that worked Friday afternoon on September 2, 2022, provided complete 100% customer satisfaction. I did not expect to spend as much as I did, but with so much variety, so much selection, such great customer service, and such great prices I came out with a win (two big bags and two small bags full of clothing).Prior to this experience, about three months ago, once again, I called down to the store to ask about a nice sweat suit that I saw online. The store had it in my size! I asked them to hold it for me, I drove down, and it was waiting for me at the front counter. Turns out they had it in another colorI highly recommend shopping at this store at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach or the store up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. You will not be sorry!”

“Went today to shop for three babies and Laura and Tiffany (manager) were so helpful and friendly! Can’t speak highly enough about my experience today - great staff, nice selection and good prices!”

“The employees at the Surf Shack were very friendly and patiently helpful. We rented 2 stand up paddle boards for 2 hours and had a great time. We were a group 6 paddlers and were able to trade on and off. It was great. There was a sheltered area to hang out in while waiting our turn and a dock where we could easily take photos of the paddlers.”

“Great clothes and selection. Prices are way higher at carters compared to osh kosh. Go to osh kosh cause they will occasionally have 50 percent off clearance and carters never does. The most you'll get off clearance clothes is 20 percent. I don't understand how the same " brand" does not have the same or even similiar prices. Carters, do better. Prices should be the same, esp for the same items. It's a bit deceptive to go across the street and see way lower prices at osh kosh. The employees at this store are seriously wonderful. They are really helpful and this review is only to help! Thanks”

“Was getting to meet my best friend’s granddaughter (baby Nora) this weekend and wanted to bring her something special. I knew exactly where to go… Janie and Jack! The outlet store here in Rehoboth Beach is immaculate. The outfits are expertly displayed (and coordinated). Even though it is a high-end children’s boutique, they usually have their regularly-priced clothes marked down (this time 25% off) as well as have racks of items on sale and further reduced towards the back of the store.Hanna (Anna?) was my salesperson. I think she could sense I was overwhelmed and out of my element. Yes, I had that deer in the headlights look about me. The fact that I was holding up a jean jacket for a 6 month old was definitely a clue that I needed guidance. Hanna was gently suggesting outfits that were comfortable, practical, adorable, and on sale. I positively loved all of her suggestions. With each outfit, she would add a coordinated pair of tights or cap. I planned on getting just one outfit but when you’re surrounded by such cute baby clothes, who could resist?!?! Not me obviously.I was so pleased with the entire experience, the clothing line, the store, and especially Hanna that I highly recommend Janie and Jack! Can’t wait to go back!
