“Great store. We walked in and were greeted immediately. I asked if they had any more of a specific item and the staff went to the back and found one for me. I mentioned someone in my party was looking for digital circus products and even though there were none left in store, the staff made several helpful suggestions. The girl that rang me up was polite and made suggestions for the reward program. I was very happy with my experience.”

They're best known for their awesome in-house graphic tees—always creative, high quality, and something you won’t find anywhere else. They also carry a great mix of brand-name merch, from board shorts and beachwear to sunglasses, flip-flops, hats, and more.
One of the best parts about shopping here is the staff—they're always super friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Prices are totally in line with other stores in the area, so you’re getting great value without overpaying.

“You know what these stores just don’t really change their inventory a lot. I have gotten my fair share of quarter zips and khakis but after that… what else does a man need. Maybe if this was an actual jcrew then I would be delighted with some cashmere or something extravagant, but alas, nothing here that entices me further. Come only with a deal weekend, coupons, student discount. Otherwise, too expensive.”

This time, I decided to write a review to document my experience.On Friday, September 2, 2022, I called the store to ask them if they had the items I was looking for. The customer service began before I even arrived at the store. Both of the associates that I spoke to provided great customer service over the phone.I drove all the way from Dover, DE in HEAVY traffic (1.25 hours). It was definitely worth the drive. As soon as I entered the store, my mother and I were greeted by two store associates who were busy checking out customers. I acknowledged them back and let them know that I was the customer who called twice. They smiled and directed me toward the items that I called about. As a black male, it was an honor to be treated with such dignity and respect both over the phone and in the store's physical location.Not only did they have enough of what I was looking for, but they also had items that I did not even see on the website. I even found and purchased children's clothing for my great-nephew.While in the store, an associate with red hair pulled some sizes off of the rack for me. While in the back fitting room trying on items, an associate attending that area, reminded me to give my clothing item a squat. From front to back, from beginning to end, the team that worked Friday afternoon on September 2, 2022, provided complete 100% customer satisfaction. I did not expect to spend as much as I did, but with so much variety, so much selection, such great customer service, and such great prices I came out with a win (two big bags and two small bags full of clothing).Prior to this experience, about three months ago, once again, I called down to the store to ask about a nice sweat suit that I saw online. The store had it in my size! I asked them to hold it for me, I drove down, and it was waiting for me at the front counter. Turns out they had it in another colorI highly recommend shopping at this store at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach or the store up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. You will not be sorry!”

“The only hard part is parking when it’s crowded especially in a truck. I also wish they still carried skate shoes. I got some awesome pairs here in the past. I would shop here for all my clothes if I could! The staff was very friendly in the store and checking us out. “Lots of parking. There are plenty of shops in this outlet. This Old Navy has plenty of registers and usually multiple people ready to ring you up. In the summer, it gets very busy, but even then, I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to make my purchase. The staff was very nice.”
“Today I was casually shopping for a particular item for My Precious Darling. Walk by the pink turtle looked in the window. Walk in and slowly said to myself Wow she's going to love this oh wait and that. Young lady Summer came over and said let me help you and what you have in your hand says you have a amazing taste and a eye for women wardrobe. I love that for myself. Over a hours later I had purchased several exquisite pieces of clothing and accessories for My Darling with my new amazing clothing designer she became Summer!

“Had a bad day and accidentally ran over my 10+ year old longboard with my car after leaving work, went to this zumiez and Brandon & Gabby got me set up! They let me take my time ripping off my old grip tape and helped me set my board up like it was brand new again! Copped some new bushings and hardware too. Seriously could not have done it without them, they turned my day back into a positive one!”

“While Simply Southern isn’t quite my style, I can definitely see the appeal for those who love that vibrant, Southern-inspired look—similar to a Lilly Pulitzer vibe. They offer clothing for both men and women, though the women’s selection is much larger. There’s also a wide range of accessories and T-shirts that reflect that classic Southern charm. I didn’t find the store layout to be the most intuitive, but that shouldn't stop you from checking it out. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the visit enjoyable overall.”
