“It’s moved and it has a lot of equipment. Paul the owner has a nice place. Bill trains me there and is very good.Has the equipment I need for a great workout. No fancy bathrooms or showers however not necessary. All members are very nice and I never feel out of place or intimidated by muscle heads. Everyone says hello to each other and all ages work out here. Worth the extra money to use a locally owned gym for sure”

“I was contemplating joining this gym for a while due to procrastination mostly. But a couple of months ago I finally decided to join. Initially it was because of the neat rock climbing wall ( I secretly want to be a climber ) but afterwards I enjoyed every aspect of my experience. The staff is super friendly, the machines are well maintained and up to date, and the bathrooms are clean (I'm a germaphobe). I've been super busy working lately which caused a slip in my attendance but I hope to return before the Spring.”
