“The bad news is that the closest Orangetheory is 1 hour 20 minutes away in Delaware. The good news is that OC Fit exists. They have the treads, a row machine, weights, and more. So you can make an Orangetheory-ish workout happen, you just need the internal motivation.I workout here every time I vacay in Ocean City. I’m glad to see this gym survived the pandemic and is still going strong. The owners have done a great job catering to touristy crowd which I’m sure can be annoying. Thank you!”

“Love the Indoor Pool at the Sea Colony Freeman Fitness Center! They provide a lot of great classes and activities for every age and fitness level. We have Water Aerobics 3X a week and Water Zumba 2X a week!Manager & Aquatic Guru - Dave listened to our concerns and requests to open up the second mobility friendly ladder from the pool for Water Aerobics. Though we're not the most fit that regularly go to the fitness center (most of us are seniors & I have a wonky knee) we're trying! So we really appreciate being heard and helped! He's a great guy!Johanna is also a super Water Aerobics teacher who gives so much to us every week! The life guards at the indoor pool are also helpful and friendly! Just Blessed to have so many super hero people to help us along our aquatic fitness journey.Thank you!”

“Overall great gym, good equipment (some of it older but well maintained). There is a good selection of equipment granted its very tight and many machines only have a couple inches between them, although I’d say that isn’t a concern for most people. The rates aren’t the best, but if you have an edge fit membership the week pass is only $25 and day pass is only $5. I will say that most of the cardio equipment is well past its prime with damaged buttons ect.”
