“Super cute idea. My pup loved being able to pick out his ice cream, topping and treats. Very affordable for the location as well. Gave the owner an idea to run contests with dogs or do a doggy Happy Hour to get some more clientle coming in. She was super sweet and accomodating, even giving a silver bowl which kept the ice cream cool for my dog since he was taking his good old time with his snack.”

“When we brought our dog in to be groomed for the first time at Petco (excellent experience) we forgot her paperwork there. We called and they said they found it and would hold it for us. The next day we went later in the day because of snow in the morning. When I went to the desk I asked for the paperwork and was told by the gentleman at the desk (I believe his name was Mark) that the receptionist in the grooming department had just left. Before I could say I’d have to come back the next day the man said to wait and he’d check for me. He opened up the grooming room and searched around and finally did find our file folder. He went out of his way to help us and we very much appreciated that.”
