Pharmacy does not ever answer the phone. I've tried calling to make sure my patients meds were there and they had the rx, and I haven't gotten one answer yet. Very discouraging considering its for glaucoma medication

Although rite aid is just a pharmacy/convenience store they gave top tier customer service at this location. The kind woman working at the register gave me advice on best brands and comparable sale items and went above and beyond to help.

Cashier was rude and disrespectful. Sneered when I didn’t have rewards card but didn’t offer to sign me up. Thought it was funny I couldn’t get discount.
