This pharmacy is a complete disaster! Since I’ve been going here, they did not inform me that my prescription was on back order, they lied about having my prescription set up for auto renew and today they couldn’t find a prescription I dropped off last week even though I got a text confirmation that it was ready. Do yourself a favor and drive across the parking lot to Walmart pharmacy.

If I could right a review with negative stars. I would.Went in for a specific item today, and had a most disturbing encounter with the female RiteAid employee at the Rehoboth Mall Blvd location in Rehoboth Beach, DE. She was unprofessional, rude and absolutely horrible. I will gladly write specifics for the corporate team in a private letter. She was so condescending that I decided I didn't need the item that bad. So I left without making a purchase. Pretty much vowing to NEVER enter another RiteAid location let alone this location ever again. It was shocking and also astounding that her blatant rudeness left such a lasting impression that I almost burst into tears. It also makes me no longer wonder why most RiteAids are empty of customers.This employee should not be working with the public as she clearly loathes having any sort of civil contact with another human. Customer service and basic kindness really isnt that hard. But she was so condesending, rude, despicable and unprofessional.There are several other better options, where simple kindness is encouraged, like Walgreens. They may be busy and often understaffed, but at least they are always consitently kind and professional around the USA.Thank you RiteAid, for making my final visit so awful. I will NEVER shop with you again.

Pharmacy does not ever answer the phone. I've tried calling to make sure my patients meds were there and they had the rx, and I haven't gotten one answer yet. Very discouraging considering its for glaucoma medication

Made an appointment for Moderna COVID Booster 7:00pm 9/27/2022, at the Rite Aide Pharmacy, in Lewes, De. Checked Rite Aide website, first, to see if Moderna Vaccine is available, website indicated that it did. Arrive at Rite Aide @ 6:40pm, pharmacist states they only have Pfizer Vaccine. I stated your website indicates you have the Moderna Vaccine. Pharmacist states that Rehoboth Beach Rite Aide carries the Moderna Vaccine, and I can get it from them since I have an appointment. I travel to the Rehoboth Beach Rite Aide, explain my situation, and was told I have to make an appointment. I stated that I have an appointment at the Lewes, De Rite Aide and was told I could get it in Rehoboth Beach. I was told that I have make an appointment with Rehoboth Beach Rite Aide. At this point, I walked out frustrated and angry. First of all the online Rite Aide Vaccine scheduler provided erroneous information and secondly, I was given the runaround trying to obtain a Moderna COVID Booster! I’m 75 years old and this is how Rite Aide Treats Its Customers!RITE AIDE AIN’T SH_T !!!

Although rite aid is just a pharmacy/convenience store they gave top tier customer service at this location. The kind woman working at the register gave me advice on best brands and comparable sale items and went above and beyond to help.

Cashier was rude and disrespectful. Sneered when I didn’t have rewards card but didn’t offer to sign me up. Thought it was funny I couldn’t get discount.

Rite aid is great ?. I go there at least 3 times a week for all kinds of stuff. Nice people working there, and lots of stuff to choose from including food. Saves me a trip to the grocery store and the prices are reasonable.
