“This is one of our “must visit” places when we come down to Rehoboth Beach from New York. We met Stephen and the crew about 3 years ago and he introduced my fiancé to the,then unknown, OnCloud shoe. We’re both huge fans of “Ons” now and have multiple pairs. All purchased at the store! Stephen spends a lot of time with us and is so patient and always makes sure we leave happy. The store is always bustling with customers but also adequately staffed to accommodate everyone. Our last visit yielded a couple new OnClouds AND three different gorgeous pair of boots that Stephen made it impossible to leave without after offering a loyal customer discount that we couldn’t pass up!If you’re looking for a great, local, family business that offers a huge selection of quality shoes (and socks too!), this is a stop we highly recommend.”

“Love this store! Yes I know pricey. But they are good shoes! The customer service there cannot be beat! If they don't have the shoe in stock, they will make sure it will be delivered to the store. Rec'd several calls providing me with the status. They do offer coupons, I wish these included. products I want to purchase.”
“Owner not very pleasant gives this place one less star... The Birkenstock name appears on top of their storefront, however even though this store is adjacent to the Tanger Outlets and you might be lead to believe ( "comfort shoes" their real name) are part of the outlets, but they are not and no discount here!They did have a nice selection of birkenstocks and other brands though.”
“Just visited & purchased a pair of shoes and two boxes of socks (on sales). As I walked, a lady, whose name is Tiffany (owner of the store), was pleasantly greeted and asked should I need anything so I asked for a certain thing that was a comfortable casual shoes. Tiffany was pleasant, professional, and helpful. No wonder she is the owner of the store. Highly recommended this store for those who are looking for comfortable and fashionable shoes for men & women. By the way, there is Sales going on for the fourth of July.”
“I LOVE Just Comfort Shoes!They have a very nice selection of comfortable shoes I can wear for the entire day with no pain. I suffer from foot pain, back and tailbone pain but with the right shoes I can decrease pain and do more! Like walk the board walk.My favorites at this shop are Naot and Dansko! I even found flat Naots which are helpful for a Mama of five to run after her kids. And I found very supportive sport style Danskos that I LOVE!They have very friendly and helpful staff. The young man that is the grandson of the woman who ownes this shop is amazing.He is very helpful and doesn't stop until you find the perfect shoe(s) you are in search of. He was able to very professionally jungle myself, my husband and three other customers at one time in the shop. I left with two pairs and my husband with another pair.Good shoes are expensive and worth every penny! Be willing to spend money here but they have some of the lowest prices available on these brands. As well as a clearance area.”

“I was very fortunate to meet Donna at the Rehoboth store. She provided me with great customer service by listening to how much I walk and the type of surface I primarily walk on, etc.. She scanned my feet and recommended that I increase my shoe size for a much better fit. She also let me know that they recycle their packaging and even my old sneakers! My feet and knees are as happy as they can be with the sneakers she recommended. She also saved my info in their system so I may have other sneakers sent to me in the future with free shipping. “I visit this store every time I come to Henlopen. Last time there were great discounts on Labor Day. I bought everything I need for our children. (I wish I had more time for myself ?).I like this trademark for its quality an assortment, - clothes and footwear for all ages.The location is very convenient. It is near the main road in the Outlet zone. A lot of other trademarks in one area (block).Staff is polite and supportive.”

“Great clothes and selection. Prices are way higher at carters compared to osh kosh. Go to osh kosh cause they will occasionally have 50 percent off clearance and carters never does. The most you'll get off clearance clothes is 20 percent. I don't understand how the same " brand" does not have the same or even similiar prices. Carters, do better. Prices should be the same, esp for the same items. It's a bit deceptive to go across the street and see way lower prices at osh kosh. The employees at this store are seriously wonderful. They are really helpful and this review is only to help! Thanks”

“My first time visiting and boy was it awesome. I got a 140 dollar pay of shoes for like 60 dollars. I also got a 100 dollar pair of pants for 60 dollars. The staff was super friendly and the store was very organized. If I lived closer I would visit on a regular basis. These guys also do military discount on top of their great prices. Highly recommend”

“Great outlet store! Clarks has a large selection of both men’s and women’s shoes in all sizes. They always have great specials—today’s deal was two pairs for $109.99, which is a fantastic value. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to browse. The staff is very helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better. They also carry plenty of accessories like shoelaces and shoe cleaner. Definitely a good spot to visit if you're looking for a new pair of shoes!”

“We bought a pair of shoes for my husband to wear for work. They caused him to get blisters. I called the store, their return policy is for the return of unworn shoes. After we discussed the situation, he was fitted for another pair of shoes (different type of shoe) and left with a great pair of comfortable shoes. The staff knows their product and how to take care of their customers. A very rare commodity these days! Thank you to Frank for your help!”
“When I visited, the store was having a couple issues with their systems that was out of their control. The staff kindly held my items for me and reached out when everything was running again so I could finish my purchase! They tried to get me the best deals and everyone was very kind. “This Famous Footwear store is a great place to shop for shoes! They carry all the top brands like Nike, New Balance, Converse, Skechers, Hey Dude, and more. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate—with men’s shoes on the left and women’s on the right, it’s simple to find what you need. They’re always running fantastic specials, and there’s even a clearance section in the back left corner that’s worth checking out. If you need help finding your size, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend stopping by!”

“Excellent customer service. Staff members will go above and beyond to help you find hard-to-find sizes - which is my exact problem. They will help you find your size and how to stack merchandise to get the best discount. Are they trained to sell this way? Likely, yes. But let's be honest, in my case, no signs were posted that if I bought two pairs I would get the third free. Did they have to tell me about the third pair when I had two? No. They could ignore it and leave the opportunity for the store to sell that third pair rather than give them to me in a buy two, get one scenario.
I am very happy with the level of service and overall quality of the shoes as Sketchers continues to be a best in breed establishment and shoe.”

My husband walked out of there with 2 pairs of boots for less than what 1 would've cost him at the Timberland outlet store and one of those pair made him feel like he didn't have any on! He was so very happy with his purchase. Get the coupon book from the outlet office as it saves you a little more money.”
