He gave us the freedom to look without a sales person hovering, and I deeply appreciated that. When we had questions he was available. We had the pleasure of finding just the right furniture, after having visited three different stores that day. Tom was professional, helpful, and very engaging. His approach to sales was very appreciated; not high pressure, but treated us with friendliness, humor, and respect. He even sent us an email thanking us for shopping with them.Delivery was a breeze as well. We received texts letting us know the delivery time and who would be delivering.
