“Sabrina did a fantastic job grooming my Yorkie! She looked great and was very sweet to talk with when checking out. John, the manager, was awesome as well! He saw a line at the grooming salon and jumped right in to help the process. He brought good energy to the store and provided me with the useful suggestions like asking for the express next time since my dog is older and would benefit from that. Very good experience all around!!! Highly recommend Sabrina for grooming services!”

After going through one tank he let the associate do the others but the associate couldn't figure out what was not working. The manager let him go back through the steps and the associate figured out his misstep. Great teaching skills”

“Update: After posting my review, Vickie Carey, the Regional Representative, reached out to me personally. She was understanding, compassionate, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I truly appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service she provided. While my original experience at the store was accurately described and understandably frustrating, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company responds appropriately. Vickie assured me that the situation will be addressed and that additional education will be provided to the staff. That level of accountability means a great deal, and I appreciate the time she took to make things right. Worst customer experience. Very rude manager. Ignorant uneducated staff that do NOT know fish! Very bad experience!”
