“We moved into governors place last April of 2024 and there is brand new management here and every time we have had any problems which are really minimal they come right out the same day pretty much with in an hour and have the problem solved they go above and beyond for our community and the new property manager is awesome she gets right on everything that you have any problems with she listens and she is very compassionate and she takes her job very seriously you honestly could not ask for a property manager and her team to have on your side when it comes to living here”

“Been here a little more than a month and our entire experience from coming down to visit ... to the office staff ... to the beautiful apartment ... to the application process ... to moving in ... to even the maintenance guys has been a fantastic experience! Shallan, Anna and Roxanne who work in the office have been amazing in helping my family and I settle in and feel at home and welcome. They have been so incredibly attentive, responsive and professional. The apartment is wonderful with the brand new stainless steel appliances, new flooring and countertops, central air, clean well maintained landscaping, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! The maintenance men are terrific with response time and professionalism (especially Sean!!). I knew that I would like it here but I didn't expect to be so well taken care of! Finding this place was a true blessing!”

“The best landlord we’ve had since living out here is Hope and Don Marie. Hope is the goat no cap. Don Marie is competent and fair. She’s very caring and will do whatever she can to help you out all while being professional at the same time. She’s very sweet and nice. The laurels is a great place to live however we do need more security cameras. Cops are starting to ride out here more. Hopefully it doesn’t turn into the ghetto. Also they gotta stop moving any and everybody out here. Definitely need to hire more landlords like Don Marie and Hope. Definitely need somebody that cares. Worst one was Cathy. She even misplaced our rent before and that’s wild.”
