Goodwill has a great location and a nicely set up store. The staff are generally described as friendly, nice, and helpful, with one employee receiving particular praise. Shoppers note they can find good items, nifty knickknacks, plenty of bargains, and really cheap stuff. The store is always clean. However, some reviewers feel prices are getting ridiculous and point out price gouging on donated items, with less stock than before. Occasionally, there is no one at the register, causing a wait.

The store gets a 5 star from me because of a single amazing employee Sanetta. Every time I've been there she is positive and fully engages with each customer. Good customer service is rare these days and she goes above and beyond!
