“This store has never let me down, seems like stuff always breaks at the oddest times and most box stores don’t have that item needed. Example : Toilet flush handle breaks Sunday evening on a Koehler toilet and they are angled so it’s kind of brand specific, they had one in stock. The prices are very reasonable.”

“I go to this store before any of the larger hardware stores in the area. I never leave without what I need or a better idea of where to get it. The store feels old and worn but always clean and the staff is helpful. Just like a good local hardware store should feel.”

“I had a great experience at Ace Hardware! The store was spotless and well-organized, which made it easy to find exactly what I needed. What stood out was the customer service, every employee I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that values cleanliness and customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I was in early this morning to get a utility cabinet. When I got it home and unpacked I found a forklift had been run through it a few times. Shame on me for not checking the box. My bad. I took the severely damaged panel and was greeted by Niles who promptly jumped into action and called a supervisor to assist us. Along comes Jackie who gave me some options. One I chose was to do a return, buy a new one and just get the panel out of that one and leave the rest as my return. But, they didn't have another. But, the Camden store 7 miles away had six. She called ahead and I headed there. Sidebar, the Camden store is a crap hole with crappier management. Thanks for nothing Deanna, you are a crappy manager that knows zero about customer service. Went back to Dover and Jackie ordered me another cabinet and we will do the door trad when it comes in. Jackie and Niles are the bomb !!!”

“This store is staffed by considerate workers who treat customers as thought they would want to be treated. They go above and beyond trying to find tge goods, or services the customer want, I also found the tool rental department to put safety first, in the care of tge customers needs. As a site safety supervisor in NYC I was pleased to see they know their tools, machines and were clear on safety instruction.”

“I purchased 33 windows and a patio door the installation went very well. The windows are of good quality and the installers were great. I gave 4 stars because the door came with the wrong lock. The windows were completed on day 2. How ever the lock is still missing and it seem the managers were not on the same page everyone had a different explanation for why we don't have a lock for our door dispite being installed. We are going into August still no lock since 17 June and they don't seem to think this is a priority .This put our family in harms way. There were a female supervisor so rude she walked away and never returned without helping me. The other guys tried to help. They need to work as a team and communicate. I STILL NEED MY LOCK INSTALLED”

“I recently rented a truck from this Home Depot. The only issue was that the truck was only at about half a tank when I picked it up. However, the staff was very understanding and helpful when I ran into a situation that caused me to return the truck later than expected. They worked with me and only charged me for the one-day rental, and I just had to replace the gas to the same level it was at when I received it. I really appreciated their understanding and willingness to work with me. Great customer service, and I would rent from this location again.”
