“There was a miscommunication with an appointment I had for a stove hook up. Bill was quick to resolve the problem very professional and polite. He even offer to come on his own time. He sent Jack out to do the repair I needed and I must say they hired a winner with Jack. He was super friendly very thorough, and at the same time fast and efficient. I would like to have him come every time I have any kind of issue. Highly recommended very very good employee. He seems to really care about what he does and the customers of Delaware propane. That man deserves a raise ?! A HUGE thank you to Bill for making it happen and Jack for it happening! You guys are amazing. Not to mention whenever I need propane you guys are there either the next day or the day after. Thanksssss ?”
