Probably one of the worst Royal Farms I've stopped at.
The chicken was undercooked, the tenders tasted off, and the potato wedges were chalky and bland. The restrooms were a mess. The whole place smelled like rancid cooking oil.
Royal farms has the brew by the cup machines that never leave enough room for cream.
Both employees were attentive and friendly.

This place is DISGUSTING. Hasn’t been cleaned since it was opened. Fountain sodas with no lids. Horrible attitudes from employees when asked about a cup lid.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW, The following day 6/27/25 I received a very sincere apologetic phone call from the manager of this store who also had spoken to the general manager and both supported everything I had written complaining about several experiences/situations regarding this Royal Farms so I give 5 stars to that manager, greatly appreciated him acknowledging me and my concerns, frustrations and calling me and promises that they will work towards more positive change and customer services…. What a disgrace this business is, first their handicap parking spots are further from the door entrance then regular parking spots (no a handicap person cannot park in a regular parking spot right near door entrance if they are being taken) reported their handicap parking failures over a year ago and they NEVER improved, now I just made a 12.00 dollar purchase plus got a cup of ice and that employee who is always the nastiness woman regarding customer service charged me.39 cents for a little cup of ice and I made a 12.00 purchase inside the store of another item…that disgrace of a business who discriminates against the physically disabled, handicapped explains why both Smyrna Wawas are constantly mobbed with customers, always busy non stop but I try to give this store a chance but I will never return!!

After I pay him cashierrrrefuse to give me my product had such a bad attitude guarantee I will not go back again there's so many other stores to choose from why I choose one with a cashier that is threatening and has a demeanor of not caring about her job super sorry I bothered you at work

I need to know who’s the general manager of this location , I purchased a sandwich (breakfast) from this place when I made it to the car I opened the sandwich because I could feel the coldness of it through the paper . I went back into the store and asked nicely if I could have it warmed up , it’s cold the worker screamed you didn’t ask for it to be toasted I said I’m positive I did ! He screamed and pointed to the counter top saying put the sandwich down !!! I said are you ok he screamed again put the sandwich down , I asked so if it’s not toasted it comes cold he snatched the sandwich’s away from me throwing and slamming the oven doors while warming the sandwich after he was finished he slide them across the counter , it felt as if I said anything else he would of killed me !! When I left the store I called to tell the manager. The response was ok .

I’ve placed a mobile breakfast order to save time in the morning and every time I get there and they haven’t even started it when I specifically selected prepare immediately. The cook told me that they wanted to make if fresh when I got there but that defeats the whole purpose of placing a mobile order

Person left behind the counter and walked away . But he made everyone else order. He could have said “ Someone will be right with you “ .The next person did apologize for the wait. Overall the Italian wrap was nasty , the tortilla stale . Last, but not least the fries tasted good.

Bought 2 bags of very soggy chicken yesterday. Called store, they said they would NOT replace it because we ate a piece. Not the right way to do business! Very sad will NOT buy there again!

I ordered a big family meal with mashed potatoes and cheese fries and Mac and cheese. I got chicken, gravy, dipping cheese and two Mac and cheese. I called them and two people told me it was in the bag. So I had invisible mashed potatoes and fries. They call me back and say okay I was wrong but you have to send the extra Mac and cheese back. So ridiculous. I will not be ordering from Smyrna rofo again for sure

Royal Farms could be so excellent and it was at one time. Now the employees don't care and they will serve you sour old chicken. And the place is filthy. It has gone to seed. Sad.
We got some rancid wings in our bag.
The employee said it was "very fresh, only forty minutes old." I would hate so try their "stale" chicken.
