“I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.
They got me into a rental immediately, the entire process was smooth, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. “I made an online booking for 8am thinking that was the time for my oil change (perfect!) not realizing after calling to confirm it was supposed to be a drop off time (yikes!) I had taken the day off and I had a ton of errands lined up (which is why I was so excited about 8am being available) but after apologizing and offering to reschedule I was told to come in and they'd make it work. And they did! This location has impeccable customer service. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable and they explained my question in a way I could understand (car maintenance isn't my area of expertise at all) and they even offered valuable auto advice for the future. I liked that they have a shuttle service (I didn't see one person wait over 10min to get a ride from them) so I will keep that in mind next time. As I waited for the oil change I witnessed how they treated each customer that came in the door and I was truly impressed. I will definitely bring my vehicle (s) here in the future. (But making the appropriate appointment next time of course ) I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in and letting me hang out until my Rogue was done as well as providing excellent customer support. You all are awesome ??”

Both were patient beyond what I would have expected since I delayed making this purchase until I had collected several dealership offers and had the time to make comparisons and crunch the numbers. While Kyle and/or JC checked in with me frequently, they never pressured or hurried me to make a decision.
The vehicle price Kyle and I agreed upon was, I felt, fair to both parties.
