Very friendly staff, they were communicative, helpful, and respectful! The repair also looks flawless! My car battery had died when I went to pick it up (issue with the battery, not their fault) and they helped me out by jumping it, and being fully understanding. THANK YOU!”

“I’ve been having issues with my Subaru impreza sport over the last few months. I came home from vacation and my car wasn’t drivable. I had it towed to one place and I was quoted at almost 4k for repairs. The next day, I had a friend refer me to D and J’s. I called them up and spoke to Don who told me to have it towed over so he could look at it. By the end of the day, Don had looked at it, quoted me an approximate price which was less than half of the other place, and asked if I wanted to proceed so he could order the necessary parts. As soon as the parts came in, Don had it fixed for me and the price was even lower than quoted. The guys are great, personable and are a smaller shop all about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and avoid all those big name places who try to take advantage of your car troubles and head over here if you want a fair price and honest, down to earth mechanics. Will definitely go back for any car repairs in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“LEAVING ORIGINAL COMMENT FOR FULL DISCLOSURE HERE (HOWEVER, PLEASE READ UPDATE BELOW):Maybe a good place for high end rims...not for average joes. Get quotes in writing prior to work and ask about all fees included up front. I was told that fixing a cracked stock rim on a 2017 Ford Fusion would cost me $90 at 11:20 am (which is what the folks at Firestone said the repair should cost in total). Ended up paying $145 when they passed me the bill at 1:00 pm. $120 for the ($90) repair and an unexpected, not-quoted $25 fee. Maybe it was because I turned down work on another tire that I did not bring the car in for. The guy who quoted me the $90 in the morning, was nowhere to be found when the second guy brought me the invoice in the afternoon and gave me the-deer-in-the-headlights look when I mentioned the $90 quote.UPDATE: I called as suggested in the response below and they immediately processed a refund. They ended up charging me half of what the original cost would/should have been “for my trouble.” These folks care about making things right so customers are satisfied. They are honest and reasonable…but human and simply made a clerical error.”

“I bought two new doors for my car and they gave me a estimate without seeing how bad my old doors were when I dropped the car off they said it might b more because they didn’t know the doors were that damaged and they may need to do some extra work. I got my car back maybe a day later which was really fast and they didn’t change the price even tho my car was beat before they fixed the doors, they are super friendly and I’m most likely to go back for any other problems with my car I 100% recommend .”

Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

“The guys that work there are honest and they always go out of their way to help. I stopped in about two weeks ago due to one of my tires being very low. The guy put air in my 3 tires. When he got to the fourth tire he realized that there was a nail in it. He could've just put air in it and sent me on my way. He cared enough to make sure that it was safe for me to drive and plugged it. They have helped me many times over the years. I wish that there were more places like this around.”
