“I have Been going to a large Pharmacy for YEARS, But my Wife had been telling me to go to Atlantic Apothecary Pharmacy, I am not 1 for change but I went there today and I was so IMPRESSED on how they took care of me and had all medicines switched and filled 1 for me today in less then 30 Minutes. I am Sincerely MEAN THIS, You will NOT FIND a Friendly group of People and there Services are just The BEST. I will NEVER leave them because there is No way anyone can be BETTER. She has saved me money many times because she takes time to find the best insurance to use when I pay for my prescriptions. Camille also takes time to ask how things are going with me.”
“Our regular Rite Aid we use did not have the new Covid booster our doctor told us to get. When I went online and saw it was available in the Smyrna Rite AId on Glenview Avenue, we went up and were able to get it there. It was nice that their website was up-to-date to see that they had the particular one we wanted and that no appointment was necessary, and that they had the flu shots available, too. The staff in the pharmacy (only ones we dealt with) were the nicest people and very helpful. If you live close to this Rite Aid, I do not think you would regret making it your pharmacy. We appreciate them also for having the booster so we could get it and be done with this lateset one since no place near us has it except Walgreens. We dealt with Walgreens years ago and quit because of lack of customer service, and when I would call in advance (2-4 days) for prescription refills, they were not ready, and I would have to stand there after work and wait. This was before requesting online was available. We 'moved' to Rite Aid and have been pleased ever since.”

“Pick up is hands down the best in the area. My order is always spot on. Today I received a text message with a picture of the frozen pops case because they were out of the pops I specifically asked for. The Associate asked me to choose a substitute. Earlier this week I couldn't get to the store during the day. When I arrived at 8:16pm I read that the order was canceled after 8pm. I called the store and the gentleman was so nice and advised that he had my order and he was bringing it right out. I used Walmart grocery pickup prior to the pandemic and it became an issue with every order. I've had only great experiences with Acme and will continue to use them going forward.”

“Rite Aid customer of decades here but unfortunately no longer feasible so a first time Acme Pharmacy customer yesterday 7-1-25 and I was beyond impressed, received a text message my antibiotic was ready for pick up before ever leaving doctors office, walked in to pharmacy, excellent service out with script in 10 minutes, tried the same thing 10 days ago with Smyrna Walgreens and waited 5 hours for 10 tablets, very poor customer service, so now, I am a forever customer of Acme Pharmacy in Smyrna, it looks like they were prepared for new customers coming from Rite Aid pharmacy of Smyrna…KEEP UP THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ACME PHARMACY OF SMYRNA DE”

“Went to Walgreens Pharmacy Sunday with a problem running out of med's , going away Wednesday for a couple days , talked to Curt and he checked , he could order my med's then for me , just had to call Doc Monday morning and have prescription sent , now this is no simple order , I have parkersons and take a lot of Meds this one I take 2 pills 5 times a day , that's 10 a Day 7 Days a week so 3 month's supply is 900 pills no small feet to come up with in 1 Day so I would like to thank Walgreens 4465 Summit Bridge Rd, Middletown DE for the best of the best service , and a Special thanks to Curt in the Pharmacy for helping me !!!!!!”
