CVS has been a mixed experience for customers in the area. While the pharmacy is considered much better than Walgreens, with a larger space and better staffing, there have been some issues with the overall customer service. The pharmacy team has received praise, with efficient and accurate service from staff like Carla in the drive-thru, and pharmacists who take the time to address customer concerns. However, the inability to reach the pharmacy by phone due to an automated system has been a major inconvenience that needs to be addressed. In terms of the retail side, CVS offers a wide selection of products like vitamins at reasonable prices, and the stores are generally clean with friendly employees. But the pharmacy lines and wait times are often too long, indicating a need for more staff to handle the customer volume. Overall, CVS provides a solid pharmacy experience, but there is room for improvement in their customer service, particularly with the phone system and managing wait times. The central location makes it an important resource for the community, and with some adjustments, CVS could become a 5-star establishment in the area.
All the team members are helpful. But I would like to give an extra shout out to Michelle at the front register. She always greets you with a big smile and a pleasant voice.
