This location would have to work hard to be more useless. The staff I’ve encountered are disinterested, bordering rude. Litter throughout the parking lot and the store isn’t much better. Sparse inventory. Thankful to have the means to shop elsewhere. Those who must rely on this pharmacy, don’t deserve this. Do better, CVS!!

Would give less if available. Automatic phone message everyday for a script that was not refilled by my doctor. My last prescription says 0 refills. What's up?
Then you have to go in to find the problem because phone is non-negotiable. I have 1 prescription that is filled when I need it ( dentist visit, maybe twice a year). All my scripts are mail ordered every 3 months by another prescription service, efficiently may I add.

This pharmacy has one of the worst I have ever been to. most recently, I arrived 20 min before closing. After I spoke to them on the phone, I knew I was on the way, and still, they refused to fill my prescription because they closed soon. Made no effort to try and fill my prescription. This has happened at least 3 times in 3 years. Terrible customer service at this cvs pharmacy!

I’d give them less than 1 star if I could. This the most third world CVS (and that is saying a lot) I’ve ever encountered. The pharmacy hours are a middle finger to any 9-5er… and they don’t even honor those hours.
Management… what management. This place should be shut down, everyone trained or they fire them and start over. Go in to get your scrip the just filled, but they won’t give it to you because the close in 5 minutes. Anyone can work in that pharmacy it seems. Standards are non existent.

Just recently switched to CVS and their pharmacy is miles better than Walgreens. While CVS’s app might be a little glitchy, their pharmacy is SO much bigger and better staffed. There is ALWAYS an issue with Walgreens pharmacy that I was blown away at how easy and painless it is to pick up medications at CVS. Would HIGHLY recommend switching to CVS and ditching the pharmacy nightmare at Walgreens. Switching over is as easy as telling your doctor to fill prescriptions at your local CVS. There’s even a drive-thru window for the pharmacy here. THIS IS ONE MAJOR ISSUE HOWEVER! You absolutely CANNOT call the pharmacy, you WILL ALWAYS GET an automated robot answering machine. This is really inconvenient and needs to be addressed. Once that is fixed it’s a 5-star establishment.

Worse CVS pharmacy ever! They closed the drive through line with 3 cars left .. did not say a word to the cars that waited over 20 minutes in line on a Saturday. They make their own hours all other CVS pharmacies close on the weekend at 5 or later … nope they close at 4pm. Pharmacist (2 females I’ve encountered) are rude and don’t read well. Had to bring to their attention that another CVS minute clinic put in the medication… to which the ignorant pharmacist said it’s too soon for that medication.. huh? Tamaflu? Please read .. needless to say I for my medication after an unnecessary wait .. reported to Corporate numerous time but still same Shenanigans! Last time I use them changed my prescriptions to another store..

The pharmacy is always messing up my prescriptions!! The automated system keeps hanging up on me !!! every time I go to the pharmacy it is a terrible experience!!! Since I've been going to Walgreens it's a little further away but I have had no problems! It's worth it for a mile or two!!!
