However, the inability to reach the pharmacy by phone due to an automated system has been a major inconvenience that needs to be addressed. In terms of the retail side, CVS offers a wide selection of products like vitamins at reasonable prices, and the stores are generally clean with friendly employees. But the pharmacy lines and wait times are often too long, indicating a need for more staff to handle the customer volume. Overall, CVS provides a solid pharmacy experience, but there is room for improvement in their customer service, particularly with the phone system and managing wait times. The central location makes it an important resource for the community, and with some adjustments, CVS could become a 5-star establishment in the area.
Lot's of trash on and around the exterior of store. Sidewalks area, parking Area, And needs improvement when Snow comes. Not sure if it's CVS property on Sidewalk surrounding the store but it was not safe doing weather storms.

I love this pharmacy. The staff always comes across as “caring”. I live about 10 miles away but it’s worth the trip for me.

Gave 4 stars, CVS app said my script would be ready after after 3:00. It was not, but it took a half hour later. Close but just a bit outside.
