Yup, there've definitely been some absolute Cust Svc nightmares at the Delaware Ave location, but the Pharmacy Staff has been nothing short of amazing to me in getting my meds for at least the past year. Carla is efficient, accurate, and plain fun to work with in the drive-thru, and I'm ESPECIALLY grateful to Daniel, who's an absolute Wizard in navigating my P.O.S. insurance plan. The Pharmacists themselves have always spoken to me with respect and concern for my proper management of my Rx, including an instance earlier this year when the Pharmacist personally called me back, technically after hours, to answer a vm I'd left earlier that day. I hope CVS's Pharmacy gets it together in general with serving people, because this is a centrally accessible location, and we need that in downtown Wilmington.

I was shocked that my doctor called in a prescription three months ago and CVS pharmacy did not inform me or let me know it wasn't covered by my insurance. Other than that I shop here regularly for everything else.

Had a flu shot appointment, the manager at the pharmacy took walk in's over me, when I asked her why - she lied to my face and said they had appointments. They didn't, because I asked them, she didn't charge them, but wanted to charge me 30.00, I told her the pharmacist told me it was free, she said mine wasn't! I told her never mind and she laughed., horrible and rude, very unprofessional.

Called from a pharmacy for a transfer, was left on hold for 21 minutes and then the person hung up. this is why we never call cvs

Just had the worst horrible experience! Per their voicemail I have until today to pick up script. Got there at 11:15 and script had already been sent back so I'll have to call Monday. When I told pharmacist (older white woman, short heavy set, white/blonde hair who refused to give me her name) I was worried the DR wouldn't fill it in time, see said that's too bad I had 2 weeks to get it. I said per CVS I had until today and I'm here now. She said well I'm too late and she was happy that her staff had the"sent backs" done so early. I need to the birth control script for my daughter in college in a southern school with no abortion. She has no car and I'm visiting her in 3 days. Her script is expired. She can't see the dr. She won't have her pills. And this pharmacist is happy.

It was a quick stopped I didn’t find what I was looking for but I usually don’t shopped here…their pharmacies are not on my way home so I just go somewhere else but you find a lot here like their vitamins usually have them all pretty much and reasonable prices they have a drive through and they have good parking

This morning 10:54 - 11-15, I was refused service of a refund and asked to leave the store, I called customers regulations at CVS and filled a compliant and the employee recorded and heard the full conversation of how horrible these employees are at this store and should be replaced with quality customers care, they act like they own the place. So Rude, so horrible.

The worst pharmacy ever, I work at a providers office trying to get through to them is a nightmare and to make it worst they are beyond rude! We all have stressful jobs if it's that serious I advise you to quit! You deal with people's Rx's and you act like taking a phone call is an inconvenience to you. I wish I could give you no stars because that's what the pharmacy as a whole deserves!!

Ok...my Husband gets his medicine from this pharmacy.....he has no other choice...I have to go there tomorrow because my CVS mail order...is not getting my medicine until another 10 days...sooo they told me to go to this CVS to get it filled..because I need it in 2 days...I'm very afraid to go there..I've heard nothing but bad reports about this pharmacy..I hope I can come back on here to say I had a great experience....we will see???

This CVS never has what you're looking for or they're out of stock of what you need. Their business and pharmacy hours are inconvenient. So many products are locked behind glass. And the prices are insane

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. I was in line at 5:30 and didn’t get an opportunity to talk to the person at the pharmacy window until about six. My wife’s prescription was sent to be ready hours before I was there and she said that it wasn’t ready and they are closed and she can’t help me. the worst customer experience I have had! This CVS should be closed

Imagine going to CVS with your child to get their first passport picture taken and having a unpleasant experience.Dear Monica,Mam if you don't like your job please find another. Customer service is not for you. You seem Miserable. With your fake smile and your condescending tone. You need training!!!I spoke to the manager . And will be following up with corporate.With all the CVS stores closing, you'd think they would manage to train employees. In fact the NJ department of labor is offering training courses for employees. They should take advantage of the grant. Free training to avoid customer service related issues such as these.Thank you to the young lady the finished the process.Sincerely,

Rude African pharmacist. Avoid. Very unprofessional. I am a Nurse and try to help my patient’s out but when you deal with pharmacies that are unjust to their patients it can get hard! I spent an extended amount of time being hung up on over and over while trying to explain the error that the pharmacy was making regarding our patient. Just bad care.
