The owner is very nice and friendly. Also, the food truck that parks there has amazing subs and high-quality food. You should try it out

Every time I go to this place, they are always so nice, they're open more than most, not as huge as some and always offer to help me carry my stuff out! ...and they have my favorite wine :)
