Very accommodating staff. Went out of their way to search the store for a size that was confirmed to be there but wasn't on the shelf. selection is small and bland.

Staff was friendly but the store is seriously understocked. The concord mall in general looks like a ghost town. Better do something to revive it or it's going to totally fail.

Had a lot of shoes to pick from however the quality seems to have changed but great buys depending on what you are looking for
