“When we went the store’s online hours said they open at 10:00 AM, but they actually didn't open until 11:00. We arrived about five minutes before 11:00 and waited outside, we were able to go in without much of a wait. Once inside, the experience was very different from another store we visited. The sales associate was friendly, helpful, and attentive. He brought out both shoes for us to try on and was available to help us while we looked. I now noticed they updated the online hours to reflect the actual opening time. Thank you. We had a good experience with the service at this location.”
