Wanted to drop off 3 packages that were delivered by mistake to my address after.carring them i was told cant print labels why have a Fedex there never going there again

The store is not kept well. The staff was not available to assist me. I asked a question after using the scanner to verify I used the equipment correctly and the associate blew me off. I don't even know the document I scanned was sent.
