Joseph Frederick & Sons is a third-generation business, established in 1947, that provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to residents and small businesses in New Castle County. They have received the Carrier Presidents Award eight times for their outstanding customer service and workmanship. Employees like Donovan have been recognized for their excellent customer service and dedication to client satisfaction. Recently, Tim Rothwell, a master plumber, showcased his skills when he quickly responded to a late-night call about a grinder pump failure. He arrived on time the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and returned later that day with a new pump, working efficiently with his apprentice, Anthony, to complete the installation by 5 PM. Customers have praised the quality service from the team, particularly Gabe Thomas, who was noted for his skilled, polite, and friendly plumbing installation. His work on a new water heater was highlighted as top-notch, using the latest technology and performing flawlessly. Customers appreciated the professionalism of the electrical team, especially Andrew and Cameron, who handled various tasks effectively. With a reputation for being reliable and courteous, Joseph Frederick & Sons remains a top choice for many in the area for both plumbing and electrical services. Customers express loyalty, with one noting they have been a customer for 18 years and continue to rely on the company for their HVAC and plumbing needs.
My new A/C is working great, as is my Furnace which Jos. Frederick & Sons put in about 2 years ago. I would highly recommend them. Their Techs are knowledge, neat, and answer all my questions.
