Metro by T-Mobile provides excellent service and great customer service. Staff are super helpful, very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Customers report a wonderful, pleasant experience, often getting help quickly and being in and out in no time. The store offers free phones. While most experiences are very good, there can sometimes be hiccups with the phone service after setup. Overall, the service is recommended, with many customers giving high ratings for the helpful and pleasant assistance.
