“I visited this location today and had a very good experience with the 3 employees who assisted my grandmother and I. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by two friendly faces a man and a woman (they wrote their names down for me but I misplaced the paper), the man instantly helped my grandmother and I. He was very informative and patient due to a mix up with our previous provider. He helped as much as he could and we left very satisfied with our visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this location because not only did the employees treat us with over the top great customer service but each customer after us got the same great service as we did. Also the location was clean inside and out and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed so overall it was a 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning for any of my T mobile needs. I was at this location on 10/15 around noon.”

The new layout is great—set up more like a café with individual tables where a staff member gets you started and then moves to help others while your phone is loading or downloading. It felt efficient and well thought out. The whole process was quick, smooth, and low-pressure, and we appreciated not having to make small talk while waiting for downloads to finish. A modern, customer-friendly approach that works well.”

“Darius was great in helping us with adding my wife to my plan. He’s friendly and professional while also being relaxed making us feel comfortable. He helped me realize that I qualified for a business account and saved us money not only for our cells but also on our home internet. Henry, the manager came by to introduce himself and talk with us while there were no other customers to help. He’s also super friendly, the store just has a good atmosphere. We were going to switch my wife online but are happy we went to this store instead.”

“I went to this store on November 25, 2025 to purchase the new 17 PRO. The make sakes rep approached me maybe 15 mins after I sat down and in response to my question said “Absolutely Not”. When I asked what he meant by that he said “I’m just toying with you”. WHAT? I told him that was poor customer service and I am switching to Verizon. I had another poor experience there back in the summer re: Direct TV but that’s another story. I’m done with AT&T after roughly 30 years”

“There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”
